The Resilience Program offers

With gyms currently closed for the foreseeable future,

VSC has designed an at-home program that brings fitness to your household.
The Resilience Program is a 1-hour full-body workout that will get you fit, strong and keep you motivated through challenging and fun workouts.
The Resilience Program is a strength and conditioning program that is designed for all levels of fitness and abilities.


If your new to training and don’t know where to start, this program is perfect as it allows you to work at your own pace and fully understand each movement and workout before moving on.
If your not new to fitness, the workouts we have will challenge and push you to step outside your comfort zone and reach fitness goals you never thought possible.
The Resilience Program will also help with your mental health as it provides you with goal-orientated workouts that cultivate motivation through a routine.
Each workout has options for no equipment, some equipment and lots of equipment.

From only $2 per day you have nothing to lose and only fitness and a healthy mind to gain!

Daily Structure:

Warm-Up:Each session begins with an effective warm-up where we utilize mobility and activation drills that will get your body primed and ready to go.

Strength: After that, we jump into a strength piece that is founded in gymnastics and bodyweight work. We use plyometrics as a means to challenge each muscle group as well as time under tension to elicit the best strength stimulus.

Conditioning: We then move onto our conditioning section that will help you burn calories and increase your fitness capacity.

Cool down: We finish the session with a cool down and stretch section and optional accessory work.

The Resilience Program is a 7 day a week program that is based on the following split:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat: Strength and Conditioning
Thurs and Sun: Mobility and active recovery
The program has been created by Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and owner of CrossFit VSC, Adam Winter.

 


Guided Video

Each day comes with a guided video where Coach Adam talks you through each section of the workout and delivers demonstrations for each movement.

Adam then performs the workout so you can train alongside him or against him. He then will push you to move faster and get fitter than ever before with his nurturing and effective style. If you have any questions about the workouts you have direct contact with Adam and can schedule Zoom meetings if you require further coaching.

Online Community

To keep you accountable and in touch with a community, The Resilience Program has a private FB page where all members of the program can share their results and keep one another motivated. You can also track your results through our management system Wodify, that will allow you to see your progress over the weeks.
The Resilience Program also comes with an additional support structure via online virtual group training. These sessions are run through Zoom online meetings and give you a live group session that you can train and interact with. In each session, you will be coached by Adam and he will help you perform each workout effectively.
