Welcome to personal training at Bond performance, where we bring our simple, effective and sustainable approach to fitness, and personalize it to you and your goals.

Through the use of the latest training protocols in exercise sports science, we custom build a program for you and then guide, support, and empower you every step of the way.

Whatever your goal is, whether you want to:
- Get fitter, 
- Get Stronger, 
- Lose weight, 
- Be more athletic 
or maybe you have more specific goals like to
- Improve your Olympic weightlifting or
- Increase your sports performance, 

We have dedicated coaches that will help you reach any and all of your goals.

Face to face Personal Training

Choose between 30minute or 60minute sessions and our trainers will work closely with you to not only push you in every workout but keep you motivated, consistent, and on track. Your program will work in 4-week blocks where we can track your progress and maintain focus on your goals.

Face to face PT and an Online program

Option 2 is geared towards the person who likes to train on their own in their home gym or local rec center but still wants a weekly check-in with their coach so they can keep on track with their progress. This option comes with a weekly 60min PT session where your coach can help you with perfecting your technique and give you that extra push you need in your training, as well as a tailored program you can work through in your own time. Our online program is delivered via the TrueCoach app, where every workout comes with demo videos and clear instructions for execution. You can message your coach anytime within the app, as well as upload videos so your coach can assess your technique and help you every step of the way.

Online Program

Option 3 is geared towards the person who is looking for a tailored online program they can work through in their own time with the added accountability of an online coach that is there to help you keep you on track.
This option can also be utilized by the person who is looking for a program to work on a specific skill like Olympic weightlifting or gymnastics, that they can work the ough during open gym at their functional fitness facility. Included in this option is a weekly zoom catch-up to help with accountability and motivation.
