Your weekly structure

SESSION 1:
HYBRID — Strength + Conditioning

Hybrid builds full-body strength through two of the BOND Big 4 lifts: back squat and deadlift.

Stronger legs and hips mean faster sleds, better lunges, and more power under fatigue — the foundation of Hyrox performance.

Each session finishes with short, punchy conditioning to train power and repeat effort without draining recovery.

SESSION 2:
THRESHOLD — Pace & Engine Training

Threshold teaches you how to manage effort and sustain race pace.

This is where you develop the ability to push hard without blowing up — one of the biggest separators in Hyrox performance.

You’ll learn pacing, breathing control, and repeatable intensity.

This is race intelligence training.

SESSION 3:
ENDURANCE — Hyrox Conditioning

Endurance sessions build your aerobic base and station tolerance.

Longer efforts, mixed intervals, and progressive conditioning prepare you for the cumulative fatigue of the event.
